Service Description
Our wedding packages are designed to accommodate celebrations of all sizes, from intimate micro weddings to grand affairs with 150+ guests. Each package includes professional service, elegant setup, if needed, breakdown, and a menu curated with your preference in mind Choose from two premium proteins, a salad of your choice, three sides, and passed hors d'oeuvres to create a culinary experience that's uniquely yours.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Catered by Chef Bri to be a part of your special event. To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please review the following terms and conditions that apply to all catering services: Booking & Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. This deposit ensures your commitment and allows us to reserve your date, begin preparations, and order necessary ingredients and materials. Your event is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to your event date. If remaining balance is not received your catering services will be cancelled (No Exceptions). Cancellation & Rescheduling: All deposits are non-refundable. In the event you need to cancel, your deposit will be forfeited. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Therefore, we do allow you to reschedule your event to a future date (based on availability) within 6 months of the original event date. Requests to reschedule must be made in writing and approved by Chef Bri. Included Services: Pricing includes setup, travel (within the service area), and breakdown/cleanup after food service. Chef Bri will be present at your event for up to 1.5 hours to oversee service and ensure your experience is seamless. Additional time or on-site staff can be arranged for an additional fee, if discussed in advance. Menu Changes & Guest Count: Final menu selections and guest count must be confirmed no later than 10 days prior to the event. Any adjustments after that date may result in additional charges and are subject to approval based on availability. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing a clean and safe space for food setup and service. If renting a venue, please ensure catering access is permitted and that necessary setup accommodations (tables, outlets, etc.) are in place. Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions: While we take great care in preparing food, Catered by Chef Bri is not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities. Please notify us in advance of any known dietary restrictions or allergies, and we will do our best to accommodate. By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the above terms and conditions.
