Welcome to Catered by Chef Bri. By accessing or using our website, services, and products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before using this site or booking our services.

1. Booking & Payment Policy

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

• Final payment is due no later than 7 days prior to your scheduled event.

• If the remaining balance is not received by the due date, your event may be canceled and your deposit forfeited.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• All deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellations will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

• You may reschedule your event once, within 6 months of the original event date, subject to availability.

3. Event Services

• Pricing includes setup, travel within service area, 1.5 hours of on-site service, and breakdown.

• Additional time or services must be requested and approved in advance and may incur additional fees.

4. Menu & Guest Count

• Final menu selections and guest count must be confirmed at least 10 days prior to your event.

• Changes made after that time may result in additional charges and are subject to availability.

5. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

• While we do our best to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

• Clients must notify us in advance of any food allergies or dietary restrictions.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for ensuring adequate space, access, and accommodations for setup and service.

• If your venue has specific policies regarding outside vendors, it is your responsibility to communicate this in advance.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including photos, logos, menus, and text—is the property of Catered by Chef Bri and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. Website Usage

By using our website, you agree not to engage in any unauthorized activity such as hacking, data scraping, or violating any applicable laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Catered by Chef Bri is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims related to the use of our services, food products, or website. Clients assume full responsibility for their event and guests.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
