Refund Policy

At Catered by Chef Bri, all payments are non-refundable—no exceptions. This includes deposits, partial payments, and full payments for all catering services, tasting experiences, and specialty packages.

 

We understand that plans may change, which is why we offer the flexibility to reschedule your event to a future date, based on availability. Reschedule requests must be made in writing and approved at least 7 days prior to your original event date.
